Resignation letter

Resignation Letter

June 19, 2026 the company

Dear Manager,

I am writing to communicate my resignation professionally and with respect for the transition ahead. I resign from my role as my position at the company. I will work with you to confirm a suitable final working day and transition timeline.

This decision follows careful consideration, and I want to communicate it in a clear and professional manner.

I appreciate the opportunities I have had during my time with the company. I value the professional experience, working relationships, and responsibilities that have contributed to my growth.

Before my departure, I will support an orderly transition. I can document current tasks, share relevant context, and assist with handover priorities agreed with you and the team.

Thank you for your understanding and for the opportunity to contribute to the organization.

Sincerely,

Employee
