Do requests go through an Alexonic server, or straight from my browser?

Requests are sent directly from your browser to the target API. Alexonic does not proxy, log, or store the request or response.

Will this work with an API that requires authentication?

Yes, most tools support common auth patterns (Bearer tokens, Basic Auth, custom headers) — add your credentials in the request builder before sending.

Can CORS block a request I try to send?

Yes. If the target API doesn’t allow browser-based cross-origin requests, the browser will block the response regardless of the tool — that’s a server-side setting on the API you’re calling.

Is generated code (curl, snippets) production-ready?

It’s a solid starting point, but review authentication handling, error handling, and timeouts before using it in real code.
